Trifilia welcomes guests with the best Albanian food, introduces to local hospitality and let them feel at home. The menu took inspiration from grandmothers’ recipes. Every meal here is more than just food -it’s an experience, an invitation to slowly and happily savor what nature and tradition offer. Every dish served at Trifilia is a journey through time, a story well preserved from generation to generation. The kitchen staff cook with traditional techniques, artisanal tools and the freshest ingredients from local farmers. Start with Shqeto Përmeti, a traditional lamb soup from the region. Then order Chargrilled lamb ribs from the highland pastures of Trebeshina cooked with wild mountain herbs. End your meal with Gliko, a traditional sweet preserve made from unripe boiled fruits and sugar-water syrup, or Oven-baked white cheese topped with local honey and roasted walnuts. Dishes here are colorful, powerful and tasty creations.

The wonderful climate and unbridled biodiversity of the Përmet’s region offers wild vegetation, mountain spices, honey and teas among the most unique in the world. At Trifilia you can taste a wide selection of local wines, Turkish coffee and, of course, raki. The raki of Përmet is not just a drink, it’s history in a glass, strong like its mountains and pure like the hearts of its people. They make also homemade tea with linden flowers, raki, touches of aromatic orange and cinnamon. Each sip -and bite- at Trifilia is a journey through time, where traditional cooking techniques blend harmoniously with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
